Dec. 1st: Secret Crush
We proudly present the very first day of The Refinement Club’s Advent calendar. We got a bunch of great ideas contributed by lots of smart people. People all over the world search for love online. Most of them on online dating sites. But why go search in a sea of people you don’t know, when you probably already like someone you already know? And what if you could find out if that guy or girl you kinda like likes you back, without any risk of the humiliation of a “no”. Not to speak of the awkwardness that follows a rejection.
Now you can. With the Facebook application Secret Crush!
Install the application, select the person you like, and you’re done. If your crush selects you back, Secret Crush gives you both a notification that you like each other. And if your crush doesn’t select you back, it will be like it never happened.
(The app also also works for the less serious “Let’s find some hot girls/guys to hook up with!”)
Me: My name is Casper Cornelius Roalsvig Vasbotten and I’m a creative from Hyper Island in Stockholm. I live my life in the absolute belief in creativity’s ability to change perception, and that by changing perception, you can change just about anything. My favorite thing in the whole world is to make fun and innovative shit, and the feeling you get in your stomach when you discover that idea.
Right now I live in New York where I’m interning as a Jr. Copywriter at LBi (Lost Boys International) before I’m moving to LA to surf, maybe tan a bit, and work for BBH.
