Dec 23rd: Giving away the feature Facbook forgot
On the twenty third day of The Refinement Clubs Advent Calendar features Are Sundnes and Hyperinteraktiv and their really useful service Hyper Alerts. Go check it out!
Working in interactive marketing, it’s only natural that a lot of our work these days is somehow related to Facebook. Most our friends and clients administer a Facebook page, and a few of them have asked us whether there is some way to get notified when someone posts or comments on their page. This seemingly basic feature has for some reason been left out so far. This means that page admins must continuously check if there are any new posts or comments on their page.
So we thought; Wouldn’t it be a great Christmas gift to make this feature? Facebook doesn’t close for the holidays – so this way our friends can have a more relaxed holiday, not having to keep track of the activity on their page. The service is now launched, and we call it Hyper Alerts. It will automatically send you an email when there is activity on your page. You can monitor as many pages as you want, and choose if you want alerts immediately, or a summary each hour, day, week or month. You can even choose what time of the day you’d like to get the mail.

This simple, free to use, service will hopefully make this a more peaceful Christmas. Hope you like it!
